Publication Ethics

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in Open Office, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Submit a copy of your file, which does not contain any information about author(s), institution or footnotes, otherwise your submission will be ignored.
  • The authors have to pay the required fees referring to an official identity license; to the bulletin's secretary to complete the acceptance process before receiving any information about reviewing.
  • You will receive mail(s) to follow up your article processing sequence.
  • After accepting the article, a full detailed copy will be resubmitted for publishing.
  • If all steps are followed correctly; you will receive an acceptance mail declaring the date and issue number in which your article will be published.
